“Questo film mi ha davvero trasmesso la depressione della protagonista, mi ha fatto vivere dentro le sue emozioni e ho amato come Von Trier abbia capovolto la situazione in cui la donna, partendo da una situazione tragica come può essere la minaccia della fine del mondo, riesce a riconnettersi con se stessa, a essere in qualche modo l’eroina, a trovare finalmente una pace che forse in tutta la sua vita non aveva mai trovato”
“This film really conveyed to me the protagonist’s depression, it made me live inside her emotions and I loved how Von Trier reversed the situation in which the woman, starting from a tragic situation such as the threat of the end of the world, manages to reconnect with herself, to be in some way the heroine, to finally find a peace that perhaps in her entire life she had never found”
